Returns Policy
Return Eligibility
We accept returns on unopened, unused products within 15 days of delivery. Because our products are ingested or applied topically, opened items generally cannot be returned unless the product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
How to Start a Return
- Contact us via the Contact page with your order number and reason for return
- Our team will confirm eligibility and provide return instructions
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging where possible
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you by email. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Cash on Delivery orders are refunded via bank transfer or store credit.
Exchanges
Need a different size or product instead? Let our support team know when you request your return and we'll help arrange an exchange where stock allows.
Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or used oils, creams, balms, capsules, tablets or powders (unless defective)
- Products purchased as part of a final-sale or clearance promotion
- Gift cards
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping is free of charge if the item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect. In all other eligible cases, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless stated otherwise at the time of return approval.
