Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and packed within 1–2 business days of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
Shipping Times & Rates
Domestic orders generally arrive within 4–7 business days, depending on your location. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination.
- Orders over $49: Free standard shipping
- Orders under $49: Flat $4.99 shipping fee
- Express shipping: available at checkout for an additional charge, where offered
International Shipping
We ship to select international destinations. International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or fees imposed by the destination country, which are the responsibility of the customer.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. You can also check your order status anytime on our Track Order page.
Delayed or Lost Shipments
If your order hasn't arrived within the expected delivery window, please contact our support team with your order number and we'll investigate with the carrier.
Damaged Shipments
If your package arrives visibly damaged, please take photos and contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
